Therapy
I specialize in healing trauma and helping people with many types of issues, including post-traumatic stress, attachment/connection, sexual/physical/emotional abuse, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I am most passionate about helping people overcome relationships involving narcissistic abuse and strengthening parent-child relationships. I also have a special place in my heart for people suffering with fertility issues. I view things through a trauma lens and tend to weave this into all of my work. I provide psycho-education, teach how to navigate healthy boundaries, guide healing, and will help you gain clarity.

Assessment
Wondering if you or a loved one in your life may have a personality disorder? Or any mental health issues? I offer psychological evaluations for the purposes of diagnosis and treatment recommendations. This involves a 60 minute diagnostic interview, followed by virtual administration of two psychological tests. Most individuals complete the tests in 1 to 2 hours. I offer full evaluation reports which entail background information, interpretations of testing, diagnostic conclusions, and treatment recommendations. I also offer brief summaries of conclusions only. Please contact me with any questions.

Parental Coaching
I am very passionate about helping parents of all ages to strengthen their parent-child attachments. Many parents struggle with navigating healthy and appropriate boundaries at different stages of development, including adult children. I have worked for over a decade with children and parents of all ages and have extensive experience with these multifaceted dynamics. The main areas that I provide coaching include co-parenting, communication, boundaries, connection, and understanding appropriate expectations. If you are struggling with this in any capacity, I am confident that I can help you strengthen your relationship with your child or parent.

Supervision
I greatly enjoy offering supervision to clinicians pursuing their license as a mental health professional. I am certified by the Minnesota Board of Psychology and the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy to supervise practitioners pursuing their LP or LPCC. I have been providing supervision since 2014. Please contact me for more information if you are interested. I offer reduced rates for supervisees.

Fees
I am out of network with insurance and fee for service only. There are many reasons for this, including elimination of any limitations from third party payers and keeping things off of your record, to name a few. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance, if desired, for possible out of network coverage or reimbursement. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee any payments from your insurance. I am happy to answer any questions about this.
